Over the past few years I’ve been lucky enough to attend the season opener at my favorite team’s stadium and it’s always a great time.​ The excitement in the air is contagious.​ Everyone is buzzing with anticipation and ready for eight months of thrilling football action.​

The team introductions are always my favorite part of the experience.​ Seeing the players take the field is so uplifting.​ The crowd erupts with cheers as their fan favorites enter, and it’s by far the loudest part of the night.​ The game is just the cherry on top of the night for me.​

At the same time, it is true that there are some very successful Jewish owners in the NFL.​ I personally know two of them.​ Mark Cuban and Jeff Wilpon both own teams in the NFL.​ Both of them have had tremendous success in the league, both personally and professionally.​ In addition, their teams have both earned Super Bowl appearances over the years.​

Despite this, I believe that it is absolutely ridiculous to suggest that Jews own the NFL.​ Just because two successful individuals happen to be Jewish, it does not make it a fact that the NFL is owned by a “Jewish conspiracy”.​ In my opinion, it is a complete and utter myth.​ I believe that the underlying agenda here is to create a boogeyman out of the Jewish people and to make them out to be part of a secret agenda.​ This is totally ridiculous!

So where did this whole myth come from in the first place? Well, from what I can tell, it mainly comes from people who have an axe to grind with the success of Jewish owners in the NFL.​ It appears to me that these people don’t like seeing Jews in successful positions, and so they make up stories about how it’s all part of some secret agenda.​

At the end of the day, I don’t think there’s any truth to the idea that Jews own the NFL.​ The truth of the matter is that the majority of the teams in the league are owned by people from all walks of life, regardless of their religion or heritage.​ And while it is true that there are some very successful Jewish owners in the league, it certainly doesn’t mean that they own the NFL.​

In my opinion, the only agenda the Jewish owners of the NFL are pushing is a winning agenda.​ That’s it.​ And if that’s the case, then I’m all for it!

Now that I’ve cleared up the myth that Jews own the NFL, let’s expand our discussion a bit.​ Let’s talk about the success that Jewish owners have had in the league.​ What makes them so successful in a predominantly non-Jewish corporate world?

To answer this question, I believe it’s important to look at some of the unique qualities these individuals possess.​ For starters, I think many Jewish owners have a deep appreciation for the game of football.​ They understand the nuances of the sport better than most, which gives them an edge in management decisions.​ Additionally, most have tremendous business acumen, which is probably why their teams perform so well.​

Moreover, Jewish owners often have a clear vision for their team.​ They have a strong desire to build competitive, winning organizations, and to be successful in the process.​ This can be particularly true in organizations with predominantly Jewish ownership, where team and league culture often align with the values held by the Jewish community.​

This here is the mystery that I can’t wait to uncover!

But whether they choose to wear shoes or not, I’ll always remain in awe of the NFL heroes who makes us all proud.​ We may all have our reasons why we are part of this fandom, but the fact that these players can combine performance and style without having to wear cleats is an inspiring feat in itself.​

I’ve heard amazing stories about many of these players, their care for their feet and the special techniques they have developed to stay fit and agile throughout the game.​ It certainly takes huge respect and dedication to play without shoes and still be able to remain at the top of their game, especially since so much healing and stamina is required.​ This here is something that I can definitely get behind!

It’s no surprise that the NFL has certain rules and regulations regarding the type of shoe that a player is allowed to wear.​ Since cleats provide better traction which leads to better performance and also reduces the chance of injuries, most if not all, of the players often opt for them.​

As for me, there is nothing quite like seeing a NFL player wearing nothing but bare feet on the field.​ It really adds an element of grace and style to the games.​ And despite its dangerous implications, I find it absolutely inspiring that NFL heroes can be so passionate about their sport that they choose to forgo the safety of wearing cleats in favour of style.​
