I was excited when I heard about YouTube TV offering all NFL games.​ I couldn’t believe it; I mean, finally! Real football games without leaving the house.​ I could finally kiss my old cable subscription goodbye, and start streaming on YouTube TV.​

I found out that YouTube TV was easy to set up, and I was all ready for the big day.​ I opened my account and I was happily surprised that I got all the NFL games I had been missing.​

I watched with anticipation as I saw the big game playing on my TV.​ What a feeling to be able to see it without all the hassle I used to get with my old cable subscription.​ With YouTube TV I can fast forward and rewind, or pause and record the games; it’s like having my own couch-command center.​

The picture quality was great, and I wasn’t missing a thing.​ I enjoyed having access to every team, every game, and also the NFL Network.​ All I needed now was a wide bowl of chips and a six-pack of cold beer.​

YouTube TV isn’t just for the football fan, it offers so much more.​ I was still able to enjoy my weekly episodes of Game of Thrones, as well as catch up on House of Cards, plus record the latest from The Real Housewives of [whatever].​ It was like I had my own mini-theater right in my living room.​

I was very impressed with all the features YouTube TV had to offer.​ And even though I’m a big football fan, I loved that I could get the best of all my favorite shows too.​ It made me feel like I was part of the team; like I was part of the NFL.​

Speaking of teams, there are some great new teams this season.​ The Los Angeles Rams for example look like they could be a real contender this year.​ How about the Jets? I hear they’re building a great team under rookie quarterback, Sam Darnold.​

I’m sure most teams are going to be great this season, as they’ve all been predicting.​ The only thing that could be better is if I could get a front-row seat to every game.​ That would make me the luckiest NFL fan around!

I’m already looking forward to cheering on my team, and all the others, with YouTube TV.​ It’s nice to have everything in one place, so I don’t have to hunt around the internet for all the games; I just hit the NFL channel and I’m good to go.​

The only thing I’m not sure about is how long YouTube TV is going to keep all the games going.​ Will it be forever, or just a season or two? I sure hope it stays around because it’s been a real blessing to us football fans.​

Hey friend, have you heard about the NFL’s RedZone channel? I’d been wanting to add it to my Roku to get the full experience when watching football.​ Here’s what I did to get it working.​

First off, I signed up for NFL Game Pass on their website.​ It makes sense since it gives you full access to watch all out of market games that they don’t show on cable.​ Plus, it also includes NFL RedZone, which made this the best option for me.​

Next, I went into the Roku app store to add the NFL channel to my Roku device.​ It was super easy to do, and once I had added the channel I was ready to start streaming the games.​

Once I had the NFL channel I needed to sign in with my account credentials.​ I just used my NFL Game Pass account and it worked like a charm.​ Once I was logged in I could start watching the games.​

The way that the NFL RedZone is integrated with the channel is really cool.​ Instead of having to switch between different games I can stay right in the NFL channel and the games will automatically switch to RedZone when a team is within 20 yards of the end zone.​ It’s really handy to watch football like this.​

I also like being able to customize the way the games show up on the screen.​ You can choose to watch the games in a picture-in-picture mode or full screen.​ It really helps if you’re trying to watch multiple games at the same time.​
