I recently tested out the NFL app on my tablet and was really excited to try it out.​ As a huge football fan, having an app that would keep me updated on all the latest news and stats had me feeling ecstatic! But, does the NFL app actually work on tablets?

Well, when I first opened the app I could tell immediately that it wasn’t optimized for tablets.​ The screen was zoomed in and text was blurry.​ The buttons and menus were all small and I had to constantly zoom in and out just to make out any of the text.​ It was honestly a bit of a mess.​

I tried navigating around the app, hoping that things would get better and soon I started running into more issues.​ Some of the menus wouldn’t even open, and certain features refused to function properly.​ Plus, the design was horrible and made the app feel like it wasn’t even a part of the NFL brand.​

Being the stubborn optimist that I am, I kept using the app and started to gain a better understanding of what it was able to do.​ I was finally able to access team stats, standings, and news updates, but the app’s usability still felt extremely limited.​ The font size was still unreadable, and certain features wouldn’t work on my tablet even after I tried restarting and reinstalling it.​

Overall, I’m not overly impressed with the NFL app’s performance on tablets.​ It feels incredibly rushed and it appears that mobile optimization wasn’t taken seriously by the developers.​ Despite all that, I still like having the app on my tablet.​ Even with all the issues that I ran into, I could still get most of the information I wanted and that’s enough for me.​

But, I wouldn’t be too surprised if I find other aggravated tablet owners who couldn’t even get past the login screen and gave up completely on the app.​ The bugs and general user experience issues make this app really look bad when compared to other apps.​

At the end of the day, I’m still going to sit down and watch the games no matter what.​ But I have to admit, having the app would make it much easier to keep up with my teams and track the latest news and stats.​ Despite my issues with it, I’m still halfheartedly hoping that the app gets an update one day that would make it worth using.​ If that happens, then maybe I’ll be joining the bandwagon of app users and finally cheer on my team from afar!

I’ve often heard about NFL players who take their career to the Canadian Football League, and I want to know more about it.​ What’s it like to move from one professional environment to another like this? It’s honestly intriguing!

So, I recently had a chat with a few former NFL players who signed on with the CFL.​ And wow – their stories are incredible! The term “defying odds” takes on a whole new meaning when you hear about their incredible journeys.​ Sure, moving up to play with a different team is intimidating, but these guys were determined to make a go of it.​

One former NFL player I spoke to said he was encouraged to try his luck with the CFL after getting his career as a defensive back off to a rocky start.​ With no other offers coming his way, he decided to take his chances north of the border.​ But, amazingly, he not only found his footing in the Canadian league but ended up becoming one of the best defensive backs in the CFL.​ Everyone was amazed at how far he managed to take his career in a completely different country!

Another NFL player that headed up to the CFL was so afraid of the change that he actually got on the plane and then went right back home.​ After the team he was hoping to join offered him a contract, he wasn’t so sure he wanted to give up the security of his NFL team.​ But he couldn’t shake the thought of the CFL from his mind, so eventually he hopped back on a plane to Canada.​

To his surprise, the CFL team welcomed him with open arms.​ Everyone in the organization was thrilled that he was giving the league a shot.​ He eventually settled in and had an incredible season, playing defense.​ He said that despite the challenges of adjusting to a new game, he felt right at home soon enough.​

In talking with these two men, I realized that no matter what you choose to do in life, having the courage to go for it is essential.​ They chose to take a risk and go for what felt right, and it paid off for them in more ways than one.​

I feel so inspired, knowing that no matter what our dreams are, if we’re prepared to take a chance on them, anything is possible.​ And you don’t have to be an NFL star to make that dream a reality; you just have to be willing to take that leap of faith.​

Most opinions seem to indicate that if you don’t have anything to lose and everything to gain by making a move, it’s best to go for it! That said, I can understand why some people might prefer the structure and security of a regular job.​

I’m just super impressed with the stories of those two players’ resilience and determination to make a go of the CFL.​ The fact that they were able to take a chance and truly make it their own is really empowering.​

Maybe it boils down to the fact that we all have a unique journey ahead of us and that sometimes it’s necessary to blaze our own path.​ It’s definitely worth taking a chance when the opportunity arises, don’t you think?

What I’ve noticed about audacious players who choose to embark on a new venture is that they don’t have any kind of backup plan waiting for them when they leave.​ But somehow they seem to make it work.​ That really resonates with me – it’s not about having a “Plan B”, it’s about trusting in yourself and investing in your passions.​

So, I got a text from my buddy texting me about the big news.​ He asked if I had heard the news about NFL rescheduling the Bills Bengals game.​ I was a little confused at first but then he explained what had happened.​ Apparently, the NFL had moved the game from week two to week 13.​ As soon as I heard this, I knew this was going to be a big deal.​

Recently, I’ve heard so much chatter about this whole military paying the NFL ‘fact check’ debate.​ Everyone seems to have an opinion on this topic, so I thought I’d investigate a bit further and sort out the truth from the fiction.​ After all, I think it’s important to get the facts straight before drawing any conclusions.​

These teams have gone above and beyond in their support for the military, often hosting themed events and providing unique opportunities for these brave men and women to be recognized for their service.​ In this regard, I feel that the NFL and other professional sports organizations should be commended, instead of vilified, for their efforts.​

NFL Fantasy Football has definitely changed the way I watch regular NFL games! It really is amazing to see how engaged fantasy players get when their team performs well during the regular NFL season.​ When your team is doing well, it brings a feeling of satisfaction that words just cannot describe.​ It is even better when your players win awards and honors like MVP.​

In truth, NFL Fantasy Football has changed the way I view the game as a whole.​ It brings out the competitive, strategist side of me and has allowed me to explore different aspects of the game.​ It is even more fun to watch games and root for teams and players who have been on your team.​
