He’s a great motivator and his teams always seem to play with a passion that no other team can replicate. He’s a real leader of men and that’s why he’s so successful. His time with the 49ers was a huge success, leading the team to three consecutive NFC Championship Games and a Super Bowl appearance. His time with the team is nothing short of phenomenal and is what earned him a spot in the NFL Hall of fame.
It’s no surprise then that he has been successful as a coach for other NFL teams as well. Jim Harbaugh currently serves as the head coach for the University of Michigan, and they’ve been playing great football since he took over. His team is considered one of the top contenders in the Big Ten and they’ve been doing great in bowl games.
